Sansbury Eye Center - Killian

In the past, I used to get my eye exams at one of the other Sansbury locations, however, after my family and I received such impeccable service from Que for contacts, we moved to this location. The one-on-one positive customer care and attention to detail reigns as the best treatment I've ever received at an optometrist's office. Just recently, I ran out of my contacts, and Que provided a sample for me while I waited for the contacts to arrive. A few days later, Que called to let me know my contacts arrived and treated me as if we were old friends. Also, when my daughter needed extra contacts shipped to her college address, Que ensured me it wouldn't be a problem to ship the contacts and made sure my daughter received her contacts. She even called me to follow-up to see if my daughter received the contacts. Que has an infectious personality and makes you feel like family. When Que asks about your day or educates you about your contacts, she genuinely shows that she cares about you as a customer. Sansbury is extremely fortunate to have Que on their team!

Sansbury Eye Center has always been an excellent center to receive eye care. The entire staff is wonderful, but today's visit was exceptional. Neta my eye clinician was kind, caring, and made sure all my information and order was accurate. Que, who was the another eye clinical, and also assisted in my care was comical, efficient, knowledgeable, and just a pure joy. Both made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Jennifer Kane was an absolute pleasure to be with. She is extremely pleasant, professional and made sure all my questions were answered. Love this office and I highly recommend this office as your permanent place for eye care.

Wrenn was the sweetest! She made me feel at ease the minute I stepped into the office. I was a little nervous for the eye exam, but her kindness and attentiveness made me feel so much better.

My experience today was amazing from start to finish. My visit was very informative excited about my journey here. I was able to understand what I need to do. The customer was very breathtaking. Que and Tay was amazing made my visit enjoyable and made sure I was happy with my experience especially picking out my glasses. I was happy knowing I was well taken care.

Can I just give a massive shoutout to this store? Quē is an incredible clinic manager who always helps people out. Neta works tirelessly to provide thorough customer service. Margaret at the front desk is always kind and friendly. Dr. Kane is the kindest doctor I have had an eye exam with. Susan answers any and all insurance questions without missing a beat. This store has been affectionately called “The Chick-fil-A of eyes” and for good reason. It is all thanks to the wonderful people of Sansbury Eye Center. You are in good hands with these people.
